Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for our goods unless exceptional circumstances apply, as detailed below.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in its original condition: unused,  and in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) is required.

Please note: Refunds will only cover the product's cost. Shipping and postage fees are non-refundable.

To request a return, contact us at hello@hairsyrup.co.uk. We do not offer free returns, so any shipping costs for returning the item will be the customer’s responsibility. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, certain items, such as personal care products (e.g., beauty products), cannot be returned.

Refunds

Returned to Sender Policy

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not qualify for a refund of the shipping fees.
